What are the new Value Nights? Wednesdays and Thursdays through December 17 plus Monday–Wednesday, December 28–30 are Value Nights, offering discounted ticket pricing for adults 16 and older. Your ticket price will automatically be adjusted if you select one of these nights during the purchasing process.
What are Family Value Nights? From Monday, December 28 through Saturday, January 2, all children 15 and under will receive free tickets at both properties. Your ticket price will automatically be adjusted if you select one of these nights during the purchasing process.
Can I change my date or time? We cannot accommodate date or time changes. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable across dates.
What happens if I show up early or late for my entry time? Please check in within 15 minutes of your designated time slot. Early/Late arrivals may need to wait to accommodate those with correctly timed tickets.
What is the weather policy? Winterlights will operate rain or shine. However, heavy snow or unsafe conditions will cancel that day’s event. If we must cancel due to weather, guests will be notified by email and receive further information regarding a refund or rebook (when applicable).

Where are the buttons to select my Naumkeag parking zone? To streamline your purchase, all available parking zones now appear after selecting your day and time slot through the single ticketing link. Choose your preferred zone or swap your day and time slot until your preferred zone appears.
What are Naumkeag’s parking zones? Parking Zone A is located in Downtown Stockbridge and Town Hall. Parking Zone B is The Playhouse Theater in Stockbridge. Parking Zone C is the Pine Street Parking Lot at Marian Fathers. Please select one of the available parking zones when you have chosen your day and time slot during the ticket purchasing process. More information about your selected parking zone will be shared prior to your ticket date.
Why are there different parking zones at Naumkeag? Parking is off-site to provide access for more guests. Select another day/time if your preferred parking zone does not appear when purchasing tickets.
How do Naumkeag’s parking zones work? Each zone will have a staff member check you in and a shuttle pickup every 5–10 minutes from 4:30-8PM. The last return shuttle will depart Naumkeag at 9PM when the property closes.
Can I drop people off at Naumkeag’s Main Gate? No, all Naumkeag guests are required to take a shuttle bus to the property which can be picked up at your designated parking zone check-in location.
Are the sites wheelchair or stroller accessible? Due to terrain conditions and age of the properties, many routes are not wheelchair or stroller accessible and may be difficult to navigate for guests with limited mobility. Event pathways include sets of stairs, sections with a running slope greater than 5 degrees, uneven surfaces, and uncompacted surface material. Are dogs allowed at Winterlights? No, to protect our gardens, dogs are not allowed.
Will restrooms be available? Yes, restrooms will be available.
What should I wear? The event will take place outdoors. Please be prepared to walk through unpaved pathways on uneven terrain through the woods and gardens. Trails may be muddy or icy at times, sturdy boots are recommended. Dress appropriately for the weather that day.
Can we tailgate? To ensure everyone’s safety, tailgating is strictly prohibited.
Will food and drink be available for purchase? Yes, concessions will be sold at both locations.

Are the historic homes open during Winterlights? Naumkeag’s first floor will be open to visitors, and the first floor of the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate is integrated into the event pathway (there are no guided tours).
How long does it take to walk through? On average, expect to spend about an hour walking through Winterlights.
