Based on feedback from prospective bidders we have the following updates to the RFP:
-  The due date for the proposals has been extended to January 31, 2011 at 3PM. All proposals must be received via US mail or in-person delivery by that time.
-  If an interested bidder has not been available to attend the open houses, or would like to view the property again, please call (508) 636-9228 to schedule a site visit.

The Massachusetts Land Conservation Trust (“MLCT”), a subsidiary of The Trustees of Reservations (TTOR), seeks to sell a parcel comprising approximately 29.1-acres and located at 138 Adamsville Road in Westport.  The parcel will be conveyed subject to a Conservation Restriction (“CR”), as well as a Historic Preservation Restriction (HPR).  MLCT seeks to sell this property to an owner who is committed and able to revitalize agricultural operations on the property and restore the historic house, barn, and outbuildings on the property, for the purpose of promoting agriculture in the Town of Westport, preserving the architectural, historic and cultural features of the property, and protecting its natural resources.  All pertinent materials are available on this page by clicking on the links below.
