Technical Corrections to the Community Preservation Act
This legislation is proposed by the Community Preservation Coalition, of which The Trustees is a member, and is intended to make the Community Preservation Act (CPA) both more flexible and more user-friendly, and to provide for consistent and predictable matching funding.
