| Responsibilities: |
The Trustees of Reservation’s Membership Department seeks and manages memberships and donations to support programs throughout the 100 reservations. Volunteering in the Membership Department is an excellent opportunity for those interested in gaining experience in fundraising and membership development in a non-profit setting. The Membership Volunteer reports to the Assistant Director of Membership. Assisting with the coordination of office mailings, helping to fulfill renewal requests, and other membership requests. Various other office related tasks as assigned, maintaining the membership database, adding accounts and entering data. Working with staff/volunteers to promote and sell Memberships at various Trustees of Reservations events throughout Massachusetts. |

The Membership Volunteer must be professional and friendly, and be able to follow directions and pay careful attention to detail. |
| Time Commitment: |
Office Assistant: 2 - 4 hours weekly; Event Assistant: varies per event; Mailing Assistant: monthly to help with large mailings |
