Media Assistant – Holyoke

Responsibilities:

Help The Trustees get the word out about special places and programs. Find out who the contacts are at local publications, radio, and TV stations. Keep the media database updated. Prepare and send press releases and event announcements. Follow up with phone calls. Review Trustees information on area web sites and keep items current. If you are bilingual (English/Spanish), and could translate written materials, we would especially like your help.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to write clearly and accurately
  • Courteous and professional telephone skills
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office and e-mail
  • Transportation to work in our Holyoke office~
