Cape Ann Volunteer Property Committee Member

Coolidge Reservation
Responsibilities:

Aid The Trustees with property stewardship, offer guidance and support to the management of the property, and serve as liaison between the local community and The Trustees.

Duties include:

  • Management planning and performing hands-on work, i.e., trail work, building boardwalks, performing resource inventories, conducting visitor surveys. 
  • Recruitment of new members/volunteers
  • Outreach to like-conservation and community organizations
  • Fundraising for special projects.
Preferred Skills &
Abilities:
Property committee members must be well informed about the mission and work of The Trustees and shoud be familiar with our properties. You should also enjoy working with people. 
Time Commitment:
One-year term at a specific Cape Ann reservation. Minimum attendance at monthly meetings.
