Interpretive Program Intern - Holyoke

Overview:
Responsibilities:
Help The Trustees get the word out about the wonders of Dinosaur Footprints Reservation to the scores of visitors that visit the property every day.

Work with the Superintendent and Regional Educator to develop interpretive programs at Dinosaur Footprints and other local reservations.  Explore the applicability of new technologies such as podcasts, Google Earth tours, Google maps tours, and geocaching.

Qualifications:
Must have an interest and some experience in ecology, history, biology, or other appropriate and related discipline.
  • Technology-savvy applicants preferred.
  • Education and/or Training in interpretation desired.
  • Bilingual speakers (English/Spanish) are preferred, not required.
  • Transportation to begin work in downtown Holyoke required.
