Important Information
This is an outdoor event, which involves walking. Be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. The event is rain, snow, or shine, except in dangerous weather conditions. If the event is cancelled due to severe weather the information will be shared on this page and on our Facebook page. If a date is cancelled, tickets will be honored on another day.

All Winterlights visitors must take a complimentary shuttle. Only handicapped parking is allowed onsite. Complete shuttle details will be sent with the event tickets.

Please be aware that due to uneven and stepped terrain at each property, accessibility is limited at these events. Please email us if you have any questions: winterlights@thetrustees.org

Your timed ticket is for a shuttle departure time from the parking lot. You may board the shuttle anytime within your ticket’s 30 minute window

Winterlights is an all-weather event. Cancellations will only occur in the event of a declared snow or weather emergency. Tickets purchased for an evening that is cancelled for any reason will be refunded. Ticket holders are encouraged to re-purchase tickets for an alternate date.

PARKING: The Stevens-Coolidge Place:
Due to the high volume we are expecting for this event, parking will be off-site at Franklin Elementary School, 2 Cypress Terrace, North Andover, MA (off of Andover Street). A shuttle will take you from the parking area to Stevens-Coolidge Place. The last shuttle returning to the parking area will leave The Stevens-Coolidge Place at 9PM.
