Tickets are now on sale for all!

Experience the sparkle of the holiday season as Winterlights returns to three special places: Stevens Coolidge House & Gardens in North Andover, Naumkeag in Stockbridge, and Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate in Canton.

Enjoy dazzling light displays, festive music, seasonal treats, and time with loved ones outside among the trees and snow.

Member Day is Saturday, December 9.

FAQs
Ticketing & Admission

How many tickets can I purchase at once? Individual Members can purchase up to 2 tickets per date at the Member rate; Family Members and above may purchase up to 6 tickets per date at the Member rate.

Do children under 2 need a ticket? No, children 2 and under free. The child ticket is valid for kids age 3-13.

I purchased tickets but didn’t receive (or lost) my confirmation email! Guests who purchased tickets may look up their order & re-send their tickets by visiting tickets.thetrustees.org/orders.

What happens if I show up early or late for my entry time? To ensure a positive experience for guests, we ask that you arrive during your designated time slot. For example, guests with 5PM tickets should arrive between 5-5:15PM.

Can I change my date or time? At this time, we are unable to accommodate date or time changes. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable across dates.

What is the weather policy? This event is rain or shine. Unsafe or extreme weather will cancel this event. In the event we must cancel due to weather, guests will be notified by email by 12PM the day of; we will offer a full refund or an alternative date to return to the show.

Are masks required? Winterlights is an outdoor experience; masks are not required for guests at Winterlights.

Amenities & Accessibility

Where is the parking for this event?

Bradley: Parking will be located on-site at The Bradley Estate at 2468 Washington St, Canton MA.  

Naumkeag:  General parking for Winterlights will NOT be at Naumkeag. Parking will be assigned according to the zone indicated on your ticket. Each zone corresponds to a specific parking location. Please read the parking information carefully when purchasing your ticket as you must park & check in at the zone indicated on your ticket information.”

Stevens-Coolidge: Parking will be on-site at 153 Chickering Road, North Andover MA. Accessible parking is located at the front of the lot, closest to the visitor center.

Is the site wheelchair or stroller accessible? Unfortunately, due to uneven terrain and stairs, accessibility is limited at Winterlights.

How long does it take to walk through? On average, expect to spend about an hour walking through the property.

Are dogs allowed at Winterlights? No, in order to protect our gardens dogs are not allowed at Winterlights

Will food & drink be available for purchase? Yes, concessions (snacks, hot drinks) will be sold on-site.

Will restrooms be available? Yes, restrooms will be available for guests at all properties.

What should I wear? The event will take place outdoors. Please be prepared to walk through unpaved pathways on uneven terrain through the woods and gardens. Trails may be muddy or icy at times, winter boots are recommended. Dress appropriately for the weather that day.
