Registration is open now.
If you have questions or concerns about the process, please get in touch with us directly. Actually, that goes for pretty much anything: we’re here to help! Our contact information is on the right.
The Trustees is a member-supported, nonprofit organization. Our Family Members receive a significant discount on camp programs, in addition to admission discounts and other benefits at our 116 properties. If you are not already a member, you can choose to become one when you register for camp. As a new member, you’ll automatically receive the member discount.
When you enroll two or more siblings, you will receive a $10 family discount on each child.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made two weeks or fewer prior to the start date
of the camp session. Cancellations made before this point are refundable minus a $65 administrative fee. We do not offer partial refunds for missed camp days once a session has started.
The Trustees is committed to providing environmental experiences for youth regardless of family income. If you are a resident of Martha’s Vineyard and would like to obtain a scholarship application, please click here or contact the camp office. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying families. We have a finite number of scholarship spaces based on funding, so please apply early.
Carry In/Carry Out
Weir River Farm and World’s End follow a carry in/carry out procedures for any waste created during snack. Please consider using reusable containers to reduce waste. All trash items such as wrappers and bags will return home in your child’s lunch box.
What To Bring
Our Summer Camp experience offers unique opportunities for learning and adventure in the great outdoors. We want your child to be prepared – but not over-burdened! Most importantly, children need to wear closed toed shoes to camp. Sneakers are perfect. Please remember to send your camper with an easy-to carry backpack, extra socks, a water bottle (we have refilling stations), sunscreen, bug repellent, and a snack. Please check the Parent Handbook for suggestions and restrictions.
