On the South Shore, Weir River Farm and World’s End are the perfect backdrop for a fun filled and adventurous summer camp experience. Our goal is to help your child create fun memories, build new friendships, and set the foundation for a lasting love of the outdoors. Weir River’s Farm Camp deepens the connection campers have to farm life through chores, games, and other farm activities. World’s End Adventure Camp offers daily nature explorations for that camper that loves the outdoors. Our Green Thumbs program is for young campers who aren’t quite ready for a full week of camp.
Weir River’s Farm Camp and World’s End Adventure Camp seeks to create a safe, accessible, fun and enriching educational environment for all campers. By incorporating nature based lessons with farm chores, activities, and games, our campers make real-life connections to what they learn in school while strengthening their connection to the food we eat and the natural environment we live in.
We keep our campers active and engaged with a team of extraordinary lead educators and camp counselors. We hire the brightest, most talented, and compassionate educators because we believe that the staff plays an integral roll in your child’s camp experience. Our team’s experience, combined with our camp values, allow us to be flexible and highly creative when designing each day of camp so that your child can feel comfortable and ready to dig in. Our lead camp educators are First Aid/CPR certified and trained extensively in camp safety, child development, classroom management, and accessibility.
Our camps run for 8 weeks in the summer. They are mostly HALF DAY sessions with a morning session from 9AM to 12PM and an afternoon session from 1PM to 4PM. The exceptions are 4 weeks of full day sessions which are offered at Weir River Farm for campers ages 7-11.
