Sibling and multi-week discounts
When you enroll two or more siblings at Farm Camp, you will receive a one time $10 per child discount when you register.

Cancellation Policy
Things come up. Life happens. Under most circumstances, we’re happy to refund your total less the $75 per session deposit prior to June 1. However, we are not able to refund cancellations made after June 1. If you need to change your session for any reason, there will be a $20 administrative fee for each change. Once a session has begun, we do not offer rebates for partial or incomplete attendance. If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.

Financial Assistance
The Trustees is committed to providing environmental experiences for youth regardless of family income. To obtain a scholarship application, please click here or contact the camp office.

The Trustees is a member-supported, nonprofit organization. Our Family Members receive a significant discount on camp programs. Memberships must be valid during the camp week your child is attending. If you are not yet a member or need to renew, you can purchase a membership when you register for camp. You will automatically receive the member discount, which will be deducted from your total at checkout.

What to Bring
The Farm Camp experience offers unique opportunities for learning and adventure in the great outdoors. We want your child to be prepared – but not over-burdened! Most importantly, children need to wear closed toed shoes to the farm. Sneakers are perfect. Please remember to send your camper with an easy-to-carry backpack, a water bottle (we have refilling stations), sunscreen, bug repellent, a snack, and a lunch if you are a Sprout, Farmhand, Forager, or Apprentice (we do not have refrigeration or heating capabilities). There are bins for storing extra clothing, foul-weather gear, or anything else you’d like your child to bring.

Before and After Care
We are happy to accommodate busy parents with a before and after care option. Our staff is available to accept your child as early as 8AM and they may stay until 4PM. You must register in advance for this service; cost is $45 per week, per session.

License and Accreditation
Farm Camp complies with all regulations required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the Ipswich Board of Health. Parents have the right to request and review the following policies: background check, health care, discipline policies and grievance procedures.

Payments & Deadlines
All camp forms, and the balance of your camp tuition are due by June 1st. After June 1st, you are required to pay in full and camp forms are due no less than 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp session.  If for any reason, a full payment has not been received 2 weeks prior to your camp session, your credit card on file will be charged for the balance.
