Pop-Up Exhibit: Hingham's Green Spaces and Conservation Land

Looking for more cool stuff to do?
We've got tons more fun events and programs in your area – sign up for our monthly enews here!

The town of Hingham has a rich and fascinating legacy of conservation. Many of the open green spaces contribute greatly to the natural beauty which makes Hingham a desirable location to live and visit. From sweeping coastal views, to bucolic pasture land, Hingham’s open space is widely varied and tightly interwoven into the fabric of every-day life.

Join The Trustees, as we partner with our friends at the Hingham Public Library to discover the beauty of Hingham through its green open spaces, and learn about the significance of conservation as it provides critical ecological habitat, a connection to our agricultural heritage, and a place for healthy outdoor recreation. While the exhibit will encompass the entirety of conservation land in Hingham, our Trustees Staff will contribute specific information about World’s End and Weir River Farm, two flagship Trustees properties that are also considered local gems for outdoor recreation.
