Come by the red barn for our winter version of our popular “Story Hour” series. Visit the animals in the barnyard in their thick winter coats and spend time with the bunny and guinea pig in the classroom. Color a winter coloring page or make a winter farm craft. Start off the hour with a winter themed story and finish the hour in the barnyard. The animals can't wait to see you!
This program is best suited for children ages 2-5. Dress warmly, as some time will be spent outside. Story will be read in the classroom at 10:15, barnyard and classroom will be open to visitors from 10-11. This program requires adult supervsion of children, no preregistration is required. Parking is extremely limited. Use 227 East Street address to access the farm, this is a one way drive, please drive slowly and park behind the red barn. The classroom is located on the lefthand side of the red barn.
Winter Barnyard Story Hour is hosted once on month in January, February, and March (1/15, 2/12, 3/18).
