Cheeses from Grace Hill Farm, various mouneh - lacto-ferments, vinegar pickles, etc.
crackers and mezze (baba ganoush, muhammara, hummus)
fattoush - young lettuce, fried pita, sumac onions, radish, sesame seeds, dates, and lemon-apple syrup dressing
Tepsi bi lehem - Eggplant, tomato, and potato stew, with lamb
Tepsi bi felfel - Eggplant, tomato, and potato stew with stuffed pepper (for vegetarians)
