Join our historic food experts for a fun and delicious class exploring the fundamentals and interesting dishes of 19th century cuisine! Learn about culinary adventures from the 1800's and make some of the recipes from Frances Bryant's handwritten recipe book! In this class, we will make simple recipes from Mrs. Bryant's book of receipts (recipes) and afterwards enjoy a light meal and tea in the parlor together.
