Make space in your day for a nourishing, refreshing morning retreat to reset your inner being for the season ahead. We will begin the morning with an all levels, mindfulness-based yoga flow on the Castle Hill grounds, waking up our bodies and soaking in the environment around us. We will then move into a series of mindfulness practices to awaken our attention to the present experience, and allow the mind to settle. Leave feeling rested and plentiful, with handcrafted herbal teas, hand-painted affirmation cards, and surprise goodies to bring your practice off the mat and back into everyday life.
This class is offered in partnership with Soul Sparks Haven and will happen rain or shine! In case of inclement weather we'll meet in the ballroom of the Casino, but with any luck we'll be spending our morning outside.
