There is nothing quite like bread fresh from the oven. Join chef Elizabeth Walkowicz to learn how to make your own exquisite bread from scratch. Using a variety of methods traditional methods, you will learn to make flat bread and a rustic olive loaf. We will pair with an Appleton Farms salad and cheese for a perfect farm dinner. This hands-on workshop includes instruction by a professional chef, printed recipe booklet and a tasting. BYOB beer and wine is allowed.
Chef Liz Walkowicz, Graduate of the CIA and former Executive Chef of Mullen Advertising, Culinary Director at Eurostoves and Catering Chef at Ebsco will be teaching two classes this summer in Pastry and Wood fired breads and flatbreads. She is a trained Pastry chef who has lived and worked in Switzerland and has traveled the world perfecting her Craft. Pastry and bread baking are her passion and has spent many years studying and cooking in Italy, France, Switzerland, Mexico and Australia to perfect the arts of cooking and baking. She presently teaches private cooking and baking classes as well as catering all kinds of private events on the North Shore of Boston.
