Brewing your own beer is easier than you think! Join Agape Brewing for a hands-on class where we will cover all the ins and outs of brewing beer at home. Learn about the ingredients for beer, from hops to grain, and the equipment you’ll need to brew the perfect beer! Afterwards we’ll learn by doing and try our hand a starting the brewing process before discussing the final steps of kegging vs. bottling. End the class with sampling some beer and discussing the best way to develop your own recipe!

Please note that since the beer needs to ferment for a period of time before kegging or bottling we can’t send you home with a finished product. BUT we will cover all of the steps so you know how to finish your beer at home!

Agapé Brewing Community is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, run by a 9-member Board of Directors, with the mission to brew beer, to build community, and to change the world. Agapé (pronounced “ah-GAH-pay”) is one of the Greek words for love. It is the highest and most selfless type of love, the unconditional love we want all of humanity to share. It is the love that inspired us to open a brewery, to host community-oriented events, and to donate all of our profits from beer sales to local charitable organizations.
