Crisp Autumn days and the beautiful bounty of the fall harvest has inspired us to get cooking! We’re celebrating this favorite New England season by preparing a delicious seasonal menu filled with foods sourced right from the farms & fields.
Recipes such as Maple & Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Beet & Tart Apple Salad with Goat Cheese, Root Vegetable Bolognese with Grass-Fed Farm Beef, and a wonderful Cranberry-Pecan Harvest Tart, along with culinary tips and techniques for working with these seasonal crops.
Class includes hands-on cooking with chef instruction from Carolyn Grieco, printed recipe booklet, and some amazing food! BYOB beer or wine is allowed. Class recipies are samples only and are subject to change. Workshops being promptly at designated time and meet at the Farm Offices. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
