In this series you will learn techniques to relax your body and mind, and create a safe space inside of yourself to see things as they really are, without the layers of judgement that create pain and suffering.
One of the reasons meditation can be so challenging is that we have so many thoughts about who we “should” be, how we “should” act and what we “should” be doing. It can be uncomfortable to confront these thoughts head on, and they are often the first things that rise up when we sit down quietly to meditate, especially in the beginning.
Please join us for this 4 week series. You will walk away with specific tools to relax your body and mind, focus your mind, and a deeper awareness of who you are, empowering you to let go of all the “shoulds” and to create more love and peace in your life. Dates of this series are: October 9, 16, and 23.
About your instructor: Whitney Larson is the owner of Whitney Elysia Healing, based out of Newburyport, MA. She is a certified Meditation Teacher and Healer with the Modern Mystery School,working with tools and techniques that have been passed down for thousands of years. Her mission is to empower people to live and love courageously, to believe in themselves and find their unique contribution to creating a better world.
Price is for the entire 4-week series, meeting Wednesday evenings in October. Classes will be held rain or shine.
