Whether you're a vegetarian or just looking to lighten up a bit and eat less meat, this workshop is for you! We'll use everyday ingredients to prepare wholesome, hearty, meat-free dishes sure to satisfy everyone at your dinner table.....vegetarians and 'non' alike. Learn about alternative protein sources and simple substitutions, along with culinary tips and kitchen techniques.
Recipes may include savory Spinach, Mushroom, & Goat Cheese Strudel, the 'Veggie' Wedge Salad with Roasted Beets, Farm Eggs, & Homemade Russian Dressing, Artichoke & Fava Bean Paella, and delicious Spelt Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips. BYOB beer & wine allowed.
