Responsibilities:

Learn stewardship skills caring for our shared conserved lands. Join the Crane Estate horticultural, and ecology team out on the property, caring for the fields and forests, beach and marsh of the Estate. Crewhands will work alongside field educators and experienced staff. Other duties include: coastal clean-ups, paint and/or mend fencing; clear trails and/or build boardwalks, benches, picnic tables, or bird/bee/bat nest boxes.

This is a great service-learning opportunity for middle and high school students.

Preferred Skills &
Abilities:

You should be physically able to hike our properties and enjoy working with people.

Time Commitment:
Currently 3 upcoming program sessions planning: Feb break session: Feb 17, 18, & 19 | 9AM – 12Noon, Spring break session: April 20 - 23 | 9AM - 12Noon, and Summer session: Crane Beach, dates TBD.
