Back by popular demand, the Celebrity Chef Series returns to Castle Hill on the Crane Estate this fall. Connection with locals foods is a simple but important theme for this year's series, which will be a unique blending of the freshest local produce, seafood and meats, prepared by the area's most imaginative and creative chefs. The result? Regional cuisine that is unsurpassed anywhere!
Tonight we welcome Chef Richard Morin, executive sous chef at Eastern Standard. Dinner will begin with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served fireside in the Tavern of the Inn at Castle Hill on the Crane Estate at 6pm, followed by a four-course dinner in the main dining room of the Inn at 7pm. Prix Fixe 4-course menu, with two wine pairings, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, including tips and taxes, is $135 per person. Reservations are required.
