Back by popular demand, the Celebrity Chef Series returns to Castle Hill on the Crane Estate this fall. Connection with locals foods is a simple but important theme for this year's series, which will be a unique blending of the freshest local produce, seafood and meats, prepared by the area's most imaginative and creative chefs. The result? Regional cuisine that is unsurpassed anywhere!

On November 12, join award-winning chef Barbara Lynch, the force behind No. 9 Park, B&G Oyster, The Butcher Shop, Sportello, and more, for a special evening of dishes from her eagerly-awaited first cookbook Stir: Mixing it Up in the Italian Tradition. From her legendary handmade pastas to the elegant dishes that blend the best of French and Italian cuisine, Stir presents a collection of amazing recipes that will have you salivating, learning, cooking, and eating!

Dinner will begin with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served fireside in the Tavern of the Inn at Castle Hill on the Crane Estate at 6pm, followed by a four-course dinner in the main dining room of the Inn at 7pm. Prix Fixe 4-course menu, with two wine pairings, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, including tips and taxes –  plus a signed copy of Chef Barbara Lynch’s book – is $145 per person.
