Join us for this special event as we fire up the earth oven and head outdoors to the kitchen patio for an afternoon of cooking with fire and sampling local beer! Experience hands-on fun cooking in our traditional wood-fired earth oven along with open-flame cooking on the grill, all while learning helpful tips & grilling techniques for successful outdoor cooking all summer long. Our ‘fire’ menu will be filled with farm foods and flavors of the season and may include recipes such as Earth Oven Flatbreads for starters along with a fire-roasted entrée, sides, and dessert. Plus, we’ll have local beermakers on site with an opportunity to learn more about their craft and sample delicious brews. Workshop includes hands-on cooking with instruction, printed recipes, local beer tasting, and farm dinner on the patio. BYOB wine and additional beer allowed.
Class recipes are samples only and subject to change. Workshops will begin promptly at designated time. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
