Take a few hours out of your busy life to commune with nature and re-center yourself -- and join us for an evening of Mindfulness and Meditation on Crane Beach! The evening will begin with a brief introduction to Mindfulness with some deep breathing and stretching exercises, followed by a walk through the dunes of the Crane Wildlife Refuge. The hike itself will be silent, so that you can get the most of your mindfulness experience. The hush and calm of the evening, and the beauty of the dunes in the darkness will rejuvenate your soul. At the end of the hike, we will relax by the ocean’s edge for a 20-minute meditation on the beach. Pre-registration required. Suggested ages 13 and older.
