The hens are busy laying and farm-fresh eggs are the star of this culinary workshop! Join us in the kitchen as we learn all about the humble egg, from purchasing, sizing, and breed varieties, and most important how to cook them successfully in your kitchen. We’ll prepare a delicious menu full of creative egg dishes while learning key cooking methods, helpful tips and techniques including poaching, stages of boiling, buttery shirred eggs, and so much more. Class includes hands-on cooking with professional chef instruction, printed recipes, and a wonderful lunch in the farmhouse to follow.
