This culinary workshop celebrates the festive spirit of the season with inspirational dishes perfect for sharing with friends and family throughout the holidays and beyond! We’ll use farm foods and local seasonal crops to prepare a festive menu including two each of appetizers, sides, and sweet treats using simple, delicious recipes to keep your entertaining stress free.
Our menu may include dishes such as Mushroom & Goat Cheese Skillet, Basil-Roasted Shrimp with Romesco Sauce, Field Onion Gratin, Cranberry & Wild Rice Harvest Pilaf, Chocolate-Orange Shortbread, and Brandy Eggnog Truffles made with farm cream. Class includes hands-on cooking with chef instruction, printed recipes, and fun holiday grazing at the end of the evening. Byob beer & wine allowed.
