Join Appleton Cooks! and chef Carolyn Grieco this winter for a winter culinary workshop. With seasonal ingredients as our inspiration, this class brings together the farm’s winter bounty and professional chef instruction to inspire, improve, and support your culinary endeavors at home.
Pot pies are comfort food at its best! Join us in the farm kitchen as we prepare three delicious savory pot pies, each with a very distinctive topping. Pastry and dough rolling techniques, braising and poaching, roux and thickening methods will all be covered in this workshop.
Hands-on cooking, chef instruction, printed recipe booklet, and a warming meal! Expect to roll up your sleeves and learn as we cook together then enjoy a sumptuous shared meal at the end of the evening. BYOB beer or wine is allowed.
