Take a few hours out of your busy life to commune with nature and re-center yourself -- and join us for an evening of Mindfulness and Meditation at the Crane Estate! The evening will begin indoors with a brief introduction to Mindfulness and the theme of “Intention” with some deep breathing and stretching exercises, followed by a walk along the Cedar Point Trail and Steep Hill Beach. The hike itself will be silent, so that you can get the most of your mindfulness experience. The hush and calm of the evening, and the beauty of the marsh in the darkness will rejuvenate your soul. At the end of the hike, we will relax (indoors) for a 20-minute guided meditation.
Suggested ages 13 and older.
