Farm Fit: Morning Yoga Flow and Breakfast
Enjoy the morning air and breathtaking scenery of Appleton Farms during this 1 hour Morning Yoga Flow with certified instructor and RN, Kara Mears Billey. Following the class, Kara will invite you into our farm kitchen to discuss healthy post workout meal options then serve a light breakfast that showcases seasonal, fresh foods on the patio. BYOM (bring your own mat).
