New England's harvest season is short, robust and a great time to eat great seasonal farm-fresh food. Managing the harvest is very exciting yet can feel overwhelming. In this bi-weekly, virtual online series, learn how to manage a CSA share or your farmstand purchases or ease and convenience. In each class, a PowissetCooks! instructor, we'll demonstrate how to prep seasonal vegetables, how to properly store them and then feature one recipe to try.
Watch each class live from 12-1pm on the following dates or at your convenience. Each session will be recorded and sent out after the webinar to all registrants.
