Powisset Cooks! is adapting to a NEW virtual platform for our live cooking classes and we are "practicing" with this pilot class on June 7th. Join us, along with one of our favorite cooking instructors, Roberta Hing, as she shows us unique brunch recipes. Participants will learn new dishes and cooking tricks as we create an irresistible brunch menu. The class will begin with pillowy Pecan Sticky Buns and follow with a warming Breakfast Risotto topped with the perfect poached egg. Finish off with a refreshing Orange and Avocado Salad with a Ginger Sesame dressing.

We'll be using a Zoom meeting platform so that participants can simply watch or cook and ask questions. Once you're registered, you'll receive an email with the Zoom link, an ingredients list and the recipes to follow along. 

Because this is a pilot class, we are asking for a suggested donation amount of $20 that will go directly to Powisset Farm.

Space for this virtual class is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration will be open through June 4th, 2020.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is cancelled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class. There are no refunds for missed classes. The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Note: Summer Camps and our inns and campgrounds each have separate cancellation policies.
