Thursdays, April 2-30th | 6:30-8:30
This five-week course with Diane Borton is intended for those new to yoga and for those who would like to strengthen their practice. Come quiet your mind, relax your body, and allow your spirit to be filled with peace as you explore meditation, asana and breath work. Students should wear comfortable exercise clothing, and bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pair of yoga blocks if you have them.
