Quiet your mind, relax your body, and allow your spirit to be filled with peace as you practice yoga on the beautiful grounds of Chestnut Hill Farm. Breathe in the fresh air, increase your strength and flexibility, train your mind to be more content and relaxed throughout life's challenges, and bask in the beauty of the farm.
Our yoga instructor will guide you through Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a flowing, dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes fluid transitions from pose to pose, seamlessly linking body, breath, and movement -- nuturing both your body and mind.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring a yoga mat, a blanket, water, and a yoga block, if you have one. All levels of practice welcome!
While we request that you pre-register so we can better plan, walk-ins are welcome -- but only cash is accepted at the event.
