Learn how to make sweet and savory brunches with chef Leigh Belanger!
Join cookbook author Leigh Belanger for a laid-back cooking class focused on cozy brunch dishes that work well for a crowd. Learn how to cook New Orleans-style shrimp and grits, roasted carrots with burrata and hot pepper jelly and fluffy buttermilk biscuits. Sound good? Grab a few friends and come spend time in the Powisset kitchen on a wintry Sunday learning new dishes and kitchen tricks with Leigh. At the end of the class, students will enjoy eating their creations together. Class is limited to 12 students. Pre-registration is required.
Note: Portions of the menu are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free.
