From gut health to hormone balance, clean eating to stress and sleep you’ll learn from one of Boston’s most respected holistic health experts, meet like minded individuals, and leave with practical takeaways you can implement immediately.
In each workshop, Jenny will demo a selection of seasonal recipes and will speak to the health benefits of each ingredient and superfood! Guests will all get to sample the finished product, and will receive a copy of the recipe and discussion notes!
