Outstanding in the Field, it is a series of elegant al fresco farm-to-table dinners at beautiful outdoor venues across the country. The goal of Outstanding in the Field is to connect diners to the land and honor the farmers and food artisans who grow and create the food guests enjoy.
We are thrilled to host one of these dinners at Powisset Farm with Jamie Bissonette as the Chef. Chef Jamie has received countless honors over the years, including the title of King of Porc at Cochon 555, the national nose-to-tail culinary competition. His latest venture, Little Donkey, opened in 2016 and was named Boston's Restaurant of the Year by the Boston Globe.
