Spring is here which means beginning crops are starting to flourish! At the start of the class, you will take a walk to the herb garden before heading back in the kitchen to get cooking. There you will learn how to make fresh ravioli, which includes making the dough, rolling it out, and filling it with farm fresh veggies and herbs. And don't forget about the sauce. The conclusion of class of course is all about eating our creations!
