A Garden Mixology Using Native Plants

Looking for more cool stuff to do?
We've got tons more fun events and programs in your area – sign up for our monthly enews here!

Believe it or not, edible native plants aren't just good for ecology--many are great for mixology, too! Dan Jaffe of the New England Wild Flower Society has perfected cocktail recipes using native edibles that are easy to grow or forage in Massachusetts, like the Pink Monkey, featuring staghorn sumac, and the Monarda Mojito, featuring scarlet bee balm. Come see how to make those drinks & others, enjoy generous samples, and learn how to source & use a host of cocktail-friendly native species. You'll leave with recipe cards and plenty of inspiration to craft leafy libations on your own! Co-sponsored by New England Wild Flower Society. 21+ & registration required. Register soon to reserve your spot!
