Don't let the cold and darkness of winter get you out of your exercise routine. Come meet new friends, and get outdoors each Sunday morning in January and February to knock off your routine with adventure and fun to boot! We'll start at the Main House with light jogging and jumping jacks in a circle to warm our muscles, and throw in a little snow shoveling for kicks (!) If you like, there is always a snowman to build, or snow to shovel, but why not head for the trails for a bit of winter adventure! We'll look for and identify animal tracks along a woodland mile trail for a half hour to 45 minutes, and do a cool down 10-15 minute stretch. Indoors for a cup of tea, and the morning will be off to a good start!
