Join us in the Powisset Cooks kitchen for the second in a 3-class series on Comfort Foods. Julia Kelahan of Julia Cooks leads us in this hands-on class while we prepare both the filling and the crust to make a pot pie which is a perfect meal for a cold winters night. While your pie is baking in the oven, we will delve into a pre-made one. Each participant will leave with one pie ready to eat…or freeze! Please bring your own pie plate or an aluminum will be provided for you to use.
Julia Kelahan is a personal chef and baker in Arlington MA. She loves providing her clients with good food to enjoy and relax with but her favorite clients are her 5 children and husband. More info can be found at juliacooks.com.
