Join Bob Shuman, owner and founder of famed Jewish delicatessan, Zaftigs, in the Powisset Cooks kitchen while we learn the art & soul of knishes. Bob will begin this hands on class by leading us through the preparation of a variety of fillings, from meat, potato, broccoli & cheddar and a house favorite, the reuben. We will also get the opportunity to work with the dough to produce your own could batch of assorted knishes which you can bake off or keep in the freezer for later!
