Christiane's Pain Bâtard: French Bread the Easy Way

In honor of National French Bread Day (which is March 21st) we come together to break bread! Christiane Oberli, dedicated Powisset volunteer, home cook and native of France, will lead a hands on baking workshop where we will learn tips and tricks to baking French bread. At the end of class, you will not only leave with the knowledge to replicate this at home, but you will leave with your very own loaf! 

Please note that most classes include options for vegetarians and vegans. For more information about what we’ll be cooking, contact Nicole.
