Venture out during school vacation and spend the week with Powisset Cooks and Chef, Instructor and Cookbook author, Didi Emmons. On our final day of cooking camp, we focus on desserts.Will then build two buttermilk vanilla cakes - one layered with pastry cream and berries and the other with the cream and chocolate fondue. We will end with a simple chocolate mousse. Following the class, we will all sit down to enjoy dessert for lunch. Geared towards children age 8-12.
