Venture out during school vacation and spend the week with Powisset Cooks and Chef, Instructor and Cookbook author, Didi Emmons. Today we learn the telltale sign of a good chef - A French Omelet, a basic soup and warm bread! All perfect for a cold day! After the completion of our customized omelet, we will begin to build our soup and end with a simple naan (Indian) bread. Following the class, we will all sit down to enjoy our creations. Geared towards children age 8-12.
