Thanksgiving dinner is no longer all about the turkey. Boston Chef and cookbook author Didi Emmons will teach you to make sophisticated, sensational side dishes incorporating the bounty of fall's harvest with flavor bursts designed to delight even the most persnickety family member or guest. Didi will teach this hands-on class, where you'll sample the dishes you make, take some home and decide what will be featured on your holiday table.
