Intimidated by Middle Eastern baking but love the taste of all of the yummy pastries this cuisine offers. Well join Claudine Nacamuli, native of Alexandria, Egypt, as she teaches us how to make everyone's favorite dessert, baklava as well as namoura, a cream-filled version of baklava. In this class we will learn how to work with delicate phyllo dough and learn some other tips and tricks. And of course go home with some pastries to share with your family & friends.
