Looking for more cool stuff to do?
We've got tons more fun events and programs in your area – sign up for our monthly enews here!

This Memorial Day, come commemorate this holiday at the Bradley Estate with us as we reflect on its original meaning of honoring soldiers who served and died in the Civil War.  We will share some stories about Eleanor Cabot Bradley's grandfather, Dr. Samuel Cabot, a notable Civil War surgeon, who purchased this property, and a building on it, the Cherry Hill Tavern, following the end of the war in 1865.  We will plant wildflowers this holiday at the site near where the Tavern once stood on the northern border of the property reflecting on moments from our past history, and those who lived and farmed this land, and Eleanor's protection of this property, through The Trustees, for the public's use and enjoyment.
